This past Sunday, the Rock ‘n’ Roll Marathon took over the streets outside the studio! And while it meant we had to cancel classes for the day, it was amazing to see so many people out moving their bodies and celebrating what they can do. 🏃♀️🎉
I even got to run a small portion of the course myself (still postpartum, so definitely not the full marathon this year 😅), and it was such a fun reminder that every stage of movement counts.
As we get ready to celebrate OBB Pilates’ ONE YEAR anniversary this July, we’re planning a community 5K walk/run and would love to have you join us! Whether you’re a seasoned runner, a casual walker, pushing a stroller, or just looking for a fun way to connect with our community, you’re welcome.

Our first Birth Ready Yoga class at Kensington Park was such a grounding and beautiful morning 🤍
We gathered in the grass to move, breathe, prepare for birth, and build community together under the trees. Mamas shared space for prenatal movement, labor prep, connection, and slowing down in the middle of busy weeks — and it already feels like something special is growing here.

Our series for Moms of Littles 6-18 months is back - Mommy & Me Pilates & Play begins July 12th 💛
Join us Sundays at 1 PM for a five-week series designed to support mamas through movement, education, connection, and play alongside their little ones. Each week includes Pilates-based movement, guided discussion, community support, and intentional play experiences centered around real motherhood and child development.
Week 1: Your Body Now + Your Baby’s Movement Stage
