This weekend is a big one for Team H2O!
The Summer Sizzler is our final opportunity for swimmers to achieve qualifying times for the June Age Group Championships (JAG). For many athletes, this is their last chance to earn a JAG cut before championship entries close.
Every race matters. One great swim can be the difference between qualifying for JAG and waiting until the next championship meet. Whether our swimmers are chasing their first JAG cut, adding another event, or improving their seed times, we’re excited to see them step up and race with confidence.
Good luck to all of our H2O swimmers competing this weekend! Trust your training, support your teammates, and have fun racing fast.

Coach Hamza is a former National Team swimmer from Tunisia with 17 years of elite competitive experience and 5 years of coaching swimmers ages 3–15.

His passion for stroke technique, race strategy, and helping young swimmers grow makes him an amazing addition to our team. We are so excited for our swimmers and families to work with him this season!
