I’ve completed a GLP-1 Medication Support Course for Fitness Professionals, expanding my ability to safely and effectively support clients using GLP-1 receptor agonists.
This training deepened my understanding of:
• How GLP-1 medications impact appetite, metabolism, and training performance
• Adapting exercise and nutrition programs for safety and sustainable results
• Supporting the emotional and behavioral shifts that accompany body-composition changes
Medication can be a tool—but movement, strength, and lifestyle habits are what create long-term health. I’m proud to integrate this knowledge into my client care.
Completion Certificate for GLP-1 Medication Support Course for Fitness Professionals

A study examined the relationship between diet, cognitive function, and brain health in older adults. A Mediterranean-style diet was linked to better cognitive abilities, particularly verbal and visuospatial skills, but not to brain structure. Green leafy vegetables and reduced red meat intake were key factors. The study did not find significant links between diet and brain volumes or white matter microstructure. Findings suggest dietary patterns may influence cognition in aging, though causation remains uncertain.
