After nearly 10 years, we are taking the next step.

MBI Fitness is moving!

We are opening our own private 6,000 square foot training facility—something we have been building toward for years.

This is not just a new space.
It is a commitment to continue elevating the standard of coaching and training in State College.

Meet the newest Fitness coach at MBI Fitness!

Gerald Hall III, , graduated from Lock Haven University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. During his time there, he served as Vice President of the Powerlifting Club, where he helped guide and support developing lifters in reaching their goals. He is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, specializing in both powerlifting and lifestyle fitness.

Gerald began his professional career as a Master Trainer at Retro Fitness, where he worked through 2020. Following that, he launched his own fitness business in his hometown of Bethlehem, PA. He later relocated to Austin, TX, where he spent two years as a Master Trainer at 24 Hour Fitness. During that time, he successfully coached a high volume of clients and continued to refine his training approach. Most recently, Gerald served with Crunch Fitness as a Manager in Training and Training Director, further expanding his leadership and coaching experience.

Gerald is passionate about helping clients achieve their goals while building strong, positive relationships along the way. He believes fitness should be both effective and enjoyable, and he designs programs that reflect that philosophy. Outside of the gym, Gerald values spending time with his wife and two daughters, who share his appreciation for living a healthy, active lifestyle. He is excited to serve the State College community and help individuals reach their full fitness potential.
