I’ll sound like a broken record here but if you’re responsible for putting a child on this planet, then it’s also your responsibility to give them to best life possible.

Be a man, step up, dont have ti***es and show your children what a good man is.

I see and speak to SO many fathers (even mothers) that constantly live unhappy with the way they look and feel

Not understanding or having simple knowledge around nutrition and the basics that can have such an impact on quality of life mentally and physically.

Guys I get it, life is extremely stressful with kids, but please don’t give up on yourselves. The simplest changes to your lifestyle can make such a difference.

It’s not normal to feel like s**t 🫶🏽

Look, we all get it.

The gym culture has changed.
Tripods, influencers, filming workouts, it’s pretty normal now.

But at what point does it become too much?

We all pay memberships. We all deserve to train comfortably and respectfully.

Surely no one wants to walk into the gym and see people making out between sets.

Is this just the new normal now, or has gym etiquette genuinely gone out the window?

correct me if I’m in the wrong

The all or nothing mentality will be the death of you.

People think if they can’t give 100%, there’s no point even trying. So they fall off track for one weekend, one bad day, one stressful week and suddenly convince themselves they’ve failed.

You’re not a robot. Life gets in the way. Kids, work, stress, lack of sleep, mental battles. Some days you simply won’t have 100% to give.

That’s why 70–80% consistency over years will always beat short bursts of perfection followed by quitting.

The goal isn’t perfection.
The goal is staying in the game long enough to change your life.

I often live with the questions, “Am I doing enough?” and “Should I be further ahead in life?”

Constantly comparing myself to other people’s success. And social media definitely doesn’t help at times.

Coming from a childhood filled with chaos, violence, and drugs as much as there was love in the home, there was also a lot of instability.

But then I look around at my life and realise how truly blessed I am.

To be in a position where I can support my family.
Be there for school drop-offs and pick-ups.
Be nap trapped by my newborn while watching my ridiculously beautiful wife sleep beside her And to have a positive impact on people’s lives every single day.

That’s what life is truly about.

We get so caught up chasing more, grinding harder, and trying to get ahead, that we forget to stop and appreciate the small moments that actually matter most. Because one day, these moments will be the things we wish we could go back to.
