As the colder mornings roll in, motivation can start to disappear the moment the alarm goes off.
But this is ofter the most important time to stay consistent with your training. The women who continue showing up through winter aren't relying on motivation every day - they're building habits, discipline and momentum that carry them into the months ahead feeling stronger, healthier and more energised.

Drink Water
Being hydrated is important.
Water is so vital for many aspects of our body's function. About half our blood is "blood plasma", which is over 90 per cent water. Blood plasma is essential for carrying energy, nutrients and oxygen to the cells in our body.
Water helps to remove waste products via our kidneys. It also helps keep joints lubricated, the digestive system functioning, the body's temperature controlled and skin plump and strong.
If you don't consume enough water, you may experience symptoms of dehydration such as headaches, dizziness, tiredness, low concentration, constipation and a dry mouth. If you feel thirsty, it means your body is already mildly dehydrated, so make sure you pay attention and keep your fluids up.
Want to improve your water's hydration factor? Try adding a pinch of quality salt, fresh lemon, or mineral drops to help your body absorb and utilise water more effectively.

How Time Flies when you're having Fun!
We first opened our doors in Nth Lyneham Canberra in 1996 with the mission to make Personal Fitness Training an affordable option for everyone. The best results always come when you have someone by your side coaching you to be the best version of yourself and maintaining that little bit of accountability we all need. Well, 30 years on and we are still at it for one big reason.... IT WORKS!
The human body remains unchanged and our methods are still very much the same, tried and true. We personally tailor every program for very clients specific goals and strictly monitor intencity , frequency and technique to ensure the best results all whilst keeping things fun. We may show tough love at times but it always comes with a smile! :)
