We’re excited to announce that our next 12-Week Strength Program kicks off on 23 June!
Designed to help you build confidence, improve strength and support everyday movement, this program is the perfect complement to your Pilates practice.

🕡 Time: 6:30pm
👥 Limited to just 8 participants
With small class numbers, you’ll receive plenty of individual attention and guidance as you progress through the program.

500 classes strong 💫
Thalia recently reached an incredible 500 class milestone, and we couldn’t be prouder.
Since joining us in December 2019, she has shown true consistency and commitment. Whether it’s a morning or evening class, Thalia always brings great energy into the studio and lifts the atmosphere around her.
Her dedication to her health and movement is something we truly admire. It’s been so special to watch her continue to show up and invest in herself.
