At Ember, we aren't interested in the quick fix that fades by next week. We’re interested in building a body that is resilient, capable, and ready for whatever life throws at it.

Sometimes that means having the honest conversations about consistency, behavior, and the "long game" of healing. We don't share these to be combative; we share them because we’re in your corner, and we want to see you win.

Working with Kerry and Graham Bates has been nothing short of inspiring.
Through weekly semi-private, physio-led clinical Pilates sessions, they’ve made incredible progress — improving posture, balance, and maintaining strength.
