This past Saturday was everything we envisioned and more. Watching women step outside their comfort zones, challenge themselves, uplift one another, and genuinely have FUN reminded us exactly why we created Teep & Tone. Eid Mubarak to all of our friends and family and community members celebrating Edil Ul Adha today!

SHARIF FITNESS has made the very difficult decision to close its doors today. We have been committed to our FITNESS family and community for a very long time. This is the first time in many years that we have decided to celebrate Eid at home with our families.

Corporate culture really convinced people that if they optimize enough spreadsheets, download enough apps, wear enough matching activewear, and meal prep in glass containers… they can somehow ā€œoutsourceā€ the work fitness requires šŸ’€
Babes. Your body is not a quarterly report.
You cannot KPI your way out of effort.
You cannot biohack your way around discipline.
You cannot ā€œsoft lifeā€ your way into strength.
Fitness is still work.
Sweaty work.
Uncomfortable work.
Consistent work.
And honestly? That is the beautiful part.
In a world obsessed with convenience, instant gratification, and doing the absolute bare minimum while appearing productive… there is something deeply grounding about earning your strength the old fashioned way.
No shortcuts.
No magic tea.
No CEO mindset podcast.
Just effort. Repetition. Patience. Showing up.
Sitting here recording this on one of the most beautiful sunny days we’ve had in a while ā˜€ļø and thinking about how disconnected people have become from their own bodies because capitalism taught us productivity matters more than embodiment.
