Losing the Weight Wasn’t the Finish Line
Sal Alex Waszczylo started at around 268 pounds.
Over roughly two years of consistent training, he reached 214 pounds while building a significant amount of muscle.
But that wasn’t the end of the goal.
For the past year, our focus has shifted from losing weight to maintaining what Sal has built while continuing to get stronger.
That’s something that often gets overlooked when people talk about fitness transformations.
Reaching a goal doesn’t mean the work suddenly stops. Sometimes the goal is further progress, and sometimes the goal is maintaining what you’ve already built.
Both require consistency.
At ParkIN Fitness, my private one-on-one personal training in Guelph is built around the individual, where they’re starting, what they want to accomplish, and how their training needs to evolve as their goals change.
