Another bank holiday weekend, done 🌞

Whether you made it to class, were in the city for Festival of Fools, or took on the marathon — we hope it was a good one.

A great start to the new month. We’re here seven days a week with yoga, pilates and reformer.

We’re here all Bank Holiday weekend if you feel like coming back for more — fingers crossed for sunshine!

A quick note for Sunday’s marathon 🏃‍♀️

We’ve got a couple of earlier classes running before the road closures:
• Catherine with Sunrise Pilates — 7:30am
• Eleanor with Marathon Day Flow — 8:30am

A good window to move before heading out to support along the route.

Our later morning classes won’t be running due to road closures — thanks for understanding 💜

Ever wondered what we do in a restorative class?

This gives you a little glimpse into the kind of relaxation you can expect every Sunday with Helena.

Using props like bolsters, blocks, cushions and more to support the body into deeper rest and release.

Simple shapes you can come back to, both in the studio and at home.

We’re loving seeing so many new faces coming into our Reformer classes!

If it’s your first time, we’d recommend starting with an Essentials class — a space to get familiar with the beds, the movements, and how everything works.

Let your teacher know when you arrive at the Check-in desk and they’ll talk you through everything at the start of class, so you can settle in feeling comfortable.

With Reformer classes running seven days a week, there’s space to begin your journey here.
