As men get older, levels of growth hormone (HGH) and testosterone naturally fall.

Can you reverse biological ageing?
Your chronological age and biological age might not be the same.
Chronological age is the number of years you have been alive. Biological age refers to how old your cells and tissues are based on physiological evidence.
If you follow a well designed diet and exercise regime, and a generally healthy lifestyle, your biological age will almost certainly be lower than your chronological age. But if you are sedentary, chronically ill, or in poor physical condition, your biological age is likely to be higher.
A lower biological age will ensure you look younger, fitter and have a better quality of life for longer.
Many studies have been carried out on ageing, not least by the World Health Organisation, and the Manchester Institute for Collaborative Research, all proving that with the right changes to our lifestyle we can indeed halt and even reverse biological ageing.
Diet, exercise, sleep, reduced stress, supplementation, a healthy microbiome (gut health), and a positive mental attitude will all help reverse biological ageing.
Healthy living should be life enhancing. Improving body efficiency, reducing inflammation, increasing muscle responsiveness and recovery, increasing performance, longevity, and energy as we age.
