Our first new face to introduce is the lovely Beth Whitley | Fitness Instructor 🩷
Some of you might recognise Beth from covering some of our classes already but we’re so excited to welcome her as a full time instructor taking over Tuesday and Thursday early mornings from September 🙌 👇

Hi my names Beth I’m 24 and a qualified PT, Mat and Reformer Pilates Instructor. I am also currently working towards my pre and post natal qualification to support women through all aspects of their fitness journeys.

I decided to train originally because I loved class based fitness so much, and at the time I was attending many classes myself. Firstly, I trained as a fitness instructor, spin instructor and then I found Pilates. 🧘🏽‍♀️

I love Pilates so much as it really is for anyone and everyone. I take pride in making the environment inclusive and aiming to offer both progressions and regressions so every class is achievable for any ability. I always say, a regression isn’t always easier, it’s just a different way of executing the exercise. I will always hype you up and encourage you through every class.

Outside the studio I really enjoy reading, running, baking and always pick up random hobbies for about 2 weeks at a time lol. I also have a huge interest in women’s health and fitness and focused my dissertation on specifically health issues which affect women more. I am always reading up on the subject so if anyone has any book recommendations, please let me know 🤓
