A moment for the studio 🫶
Some might not know but this studio was YEARS in the making! We set our sights on it and we were happy to wait because we couldn’t settle for anything less than the best location around!

🎉 A huge congratulations to our Member of the Month, Hannah! 🫶

Hannah is such a deserving member of the month. Not only does she regularly show up to classes and give her all every time, but she’s also been observing classes and working towards her Anatomy & Physiology training alongside working full-time! 👏

And if that wasn’t enough, Hannah brings the best energy with her every time she walks through the doors — always smiling, always positive and always ready to give it her all. 🥹🫶

We absolutely love having you as part of our community, Hannah. You’re a total superstar and we couldn’t be happier to celebrate you! 💕✨

We’re so excited to welcome Netty Hodson to our team of instructors! Netty will be teaching Thursday day times starting from October 8th 🫶🩷 👇

Hi my names Netty
Most of you will know me from my Zumba days. But I’m also qualified to teach Mat Pilates, Reformer, Fitness Pilates & Yoga.
Fitness Pilates is more my style as I can use a fusion of moves and use equipment as well as adding intervals.
On the Reformer I love to teach a 360 full-body class.
The most important part of any of my classes is to hear laughter & to see smiles.
If you’ve not experienced Reformer Pilates now’s your time. Book yourself a bargain X3 Class pass and see how quick your body will benefit from using a Reformer.
