A different shoot for me, infact I havent tracked my macros at all this year & have kept myself at 70kg fight weight for competing as a boxer & fuelled with plenty of carbs, meaning a ripped, shredded look would not of worked for me & my clients had different timeframes, goals & programmes to suit their busy lives, some tracked others didn't. It has to be sustainable otherwise it's unrealistic....
Having a GOAL to work towards & following through with it is the biggest confidence booster, whatever that goal may be.
This was a shoot to celebrate their bodies after 12 weeks of hitting PBS, learning what works for their bodies & getting their cv fitness up, following an 80% sustainable, healthy diet.
Completely different shapes & sizes but all beautiful inside & out & with new gained confidence to continue their journeys.
Well done for putting yourself way out your comfort zones π

How are you always so motivated??

The truth is most days I'm not but pushing through those days & staying consistent even on the days you have absolutely no motivation is what gets you the results in the end....
If your stuck in a rut, not seeing results or need a gentle push in the right direction.
Sometimes a little HELP from a coach can give you the accountability you need.....
Even coaches have coaches π€·ββοΈ
If you have commitment issues π I OFFER 8 or 12 week plans to kick start you & give you all the tools you need to succeed if you don't want a long term commitment....
