Tuesday Fitness Pilates for men & women (not pregnancy sorry) from Tue 6 January 7pm in Colinton Bowling Club, 49a Redford Road. I look forward to welcoming you back and working out with you in this new venue.
New venue: Colinton Bowling Club, 49a Redford Road for our Tuesday fitness Pilates 7pm class starting 6 January. Our other Complementary Fitness general fitness/resistance training and fitness yoga/Pilates classes are still in Dreghorn Loan church hall, Colinton. I look forward to welcoming you back and working out and improving our strength & flexibility with you next week.
No classes next week but I’m already looking forward to seeing you and working out with you from Tuesday 23 September onwards.
Thanks so much to everyone for coming to the last of our Tuesday fitness Pilates classes in Craiglockhart Church Hall last night (Tue 29/7). However, don't worry: our Tuesday classes are still on and WE'RE ON THE MOVE and as from Tuesday 5 August, we'll be in Slateford Bowling Club, 28 Lanark Road, EH14 1TH for our 7pm class. I hope that you'll continue to join us and work out with us there. All classes for men & women (not pregnancy) and new people are very welcome too. Oh and our Wed & Fri 9.30am and Thursday 7pm classes are still in Dreghorn Loan church hall, Colinton. Please join us in any/all of these classes soon.
