Most people build a plan for their best days, but real progress is built on your busiest ones!
Here’s how I help clients actually stick to the plan:
→ We scale back the pressure
Such as starting at 1 or 2 session a week and build up!
→ We simplify the nutrition
Such as protein goal and simple structure, no full tracking!
→ We build momentum, not all or nothing resets
Such as add a 10 minute walk to help slowly increase a step count!
The goal is never perfection, it’s consistency through real life!

A much needed week of rest and recovery and here’s why ⬇️
One of the most overlooked tools in a training program isn’t a new exercise or supplement… it’s a recovery week (also called a deload).
Why it matters:
💥 Muscle Repair & Growth – Your muscles adapt when given time to fully heal. A recovery week reduces fatigue so strength gains actually stick.
🧠 Mental Reset – Training nonstop can drain your focus and motivation. Backing off intensity helps you come back sharp and consistent.
🛡️ Injury Prevention – Pushing at 100% all the time increases stress on joints, tendons, and your nervous system. Strategic rest lowers your risk.
⚡ Performance Boost – After recovery, most athletes notice more energy, better lifts, and faster progress. Think of it as hitting “reset” on your system.
👉 A recovery week doesn’t mean doing nothing—it often includes lighter workouts, mobility, walks, stretching, or fun movement you enjoy.
REMEMBER: progress isn’t just built in the grind… it’s built in how well you recover from it.

Here’s a story I never thought I’d share!
If you told me 3 months ago that I would be a Indoor Cycling instructor, I would have laughed, yet here I am.
10 days since gaining my qualification I’ve already taught 3 classes, with todays class being the biggest yet!
Today’s training day had me delivering a class using my own choreograph to a group of Managers, Head Coach’s and Fitness Coach’s with great feedback.
Later in the day my class was also used several times as an example of a good coach!
So remember comfort zone are NOT made to live in, push yourself and the rewards will thank you! There is never a time to stop learning so now on to my Level 4 Strength and Conditioning!
