It’s all about how you start!


- Too far away from the bar
- Carry too much speed into the movement
- Mistimes the kip


- Start one foot step back from the rig
- TTB doesn’t require a big start
- Allows you to keep rhythm

SCL Nutrition 🥘

We’re moving towards the season where people tend to care more about their nutrition!☀️

It’s also a time where people revert to low kcal diets/stupid fads and f**k up their body for the rest of the year only to repeat the process the following year 🤦🏼‍♂️

What I do 🙋🏻‍♂️
✔️Adapt everyone’s macros to suit their goal/lifestyle
✔️ Get clients eating as many kcals as possible for their goal
✔️ Educate my clients on the importance of good nutrition for long term health
