Those closest to us will know the ups & downs of the last 2+ years trying to sell our house.
The stress & constant waiting really did take its toll - but we finally have our forever home! 🏠

We’re moving towards the season where people tend to care more about their nutrition!☀️
It’s also a time where people revert to low kcal diets/stupid fads and f**k up their body for the rest of the year only to repeat the process the following year 🤦🏼♂️
What I do 🙋🏻♂️
✔️Adapt everyone’s macros to suit their goal/lifestyle
✔️ Get clients eating as many kcals as possible for their goal
✔️ Educate my clients on the importance of good nutrition for long term health
