Down 23lbs so far👏🏻

Abi came to me lacking confidence in the gym and was desperate to drop body fat. Through our journey together we have navigated a lot of social events and nights out, proving you don’t have to give up your life to achieve your physique goals.

She’s come away knowing what to do in the gym, how to navigate her health around her busy social life and she’s so much healthier as a result💪🏼

A few clips from today’s leg session

First time doing hack squats and SLDL’s after having a hip injury for over a year, so hopefully I’ll be able to increase these by quite a lot over the next few months.

This is months and months of consistency, through a few holidays, weekends away and a rough few weeks of feeling hungry🤣

When Callum first came to me, he’d had a tough time with a previous trainer. His confidence was low, and stepping into the gym felt overwhelming.

Fast forward to now:
He’s smashed his first pull-up✅
His strength is climbing week by week ✅

Most importantly, he feels confident in the gym ✅
