10 month process with .andrews.583 👏🏻
This is the outcome of trusting each phase
Not falling off and giving up when losing weight becomes challenging
It’s meant to be
Or not sacking it off early doors because you look a bit “bulky” when adding tissue
This usually happens…
Craig trusted each phase
Not only that, he’s been able to do this around many of the things a lot would use an excuses to not even start
Social occasions most weeks
Long hours at work
Injuries we’ve had to overcome
We’ve also done this without being aggressive at either end of the scale
We barely went below 2000 calories during the recomp
And we’ve only just gone above 3500 calories when putting on tissue
Both very manageable
But it means now Craig is about to start his next phase to lose some body fat and start showing some condition for summer..
He won’t need to drop to 67kg
He won’t need to be aggressive
He’ll also have more tissue

I’ll back this opinion to my grave
I think guesswork and eyeballing gets you nowhere
I used to do this for a few years when I first started out
It got me absolutely nowhere
The moment I started tracking, becoming more educated around food and getting a level of accountability
Progress started to happen
That wasn’t by chance
It’s because it works
It’s why I’ve made so much progress the last 5 years
It’s the reasons we’ve seen many results in the team
Guesswork is guesswork
If you don’t know how macro’s work, or what you’re doing wrong and you’re seeing no change
But you’re simply guessing

Reverse week 5.. 🔋
77.5kg ➡️ 82.0kg
Holding condition, filling out & getting stronger
Applying what I teach in terms of how to reverse out of a diet
Which in my opinion, is the hardest thing to do
It’s where a lot of people fall off
They lose focus, become weak with their actions
Too many cals too quickly
Not disciplined with their food choices
It can lead to you ruining your physique within a matter of weeks
All that hard work, gone
I’m very settled with where I am now after a couple of tough weeks

“I can’t see myself ever leaving”
Wise words from a wise man 🤝
auchterlonie has dropped a HUGE 16kg in just 17 weeks since starting with us back in January
Yeah that’s not a typo..
Genuinely
Harry came to me wanting to push things further and develop his physique
He was sick and tired of not seeing any change despite going to the gym consistently
But he was making the same mistake a lot of you do
He was stressed, didn’t have any structure, his nutrition was all over the place..
Those famous words
You can’t out train a poor diet
This certainly applied to Harry
17 weeks on and he’s a new man
He’s finally seeing the changes he wanted to see
He can stand in a mirror and feel confident
He’s applied himself to develop through sending form clips for reviews, communication has been on point and he’s asked the right questions
He’s also held his hands up when he’s slipped up
But the main thing is..
He’s been confident over a period of time without giving up
And he’s had a half decent coach in his corner
(Little bit of bragging there)

There’s a lot of people in this game for the wrong reasons
Chasing money & numbers
Just here to try prove they’re the better that every other coach
You’ve got people who identity as a coach who haven’t even walked the walk
No wonder there’s to most mistrust there’s ever been right now
And people are finding it harder than ever to get into shape
Luckily for me, I know what I bring
It’s never been about the numbers, the money, proving to be the best or flaunting the Dubai lifestyle
I’m in this game because I love to see people win
There should be nothing more rewarding as a coach than to see someone go through a journey and complete change who they are
Not just their physique..
But how they think, their day to actions, their mindset, their happiness, their confidence
These 6 lads are just an example of exactly that
We’ve got who has been with us for 17 months now, he never stepped foot in a gym before and was a shy individual
Now he’s one of the best trainers in his gym, he’s more confident than ever before and he’s in the shape of his life as a result of that
These 3 lads stand for high levels and exceptional standards
All started at different places but have excelled massively during their time with us
And will continue to do so
has grown to new heights, to see his change has been a pleasure to see
Always battled with whatever phase he’s in, questioned what he was doing and never found the right path
Now he’s truly on that, and there’s no looking back
I’ve seen at the lowest of lows, now he’s the fittest he’s ever been but also the most consistent and the happiest he’s ever been
That’s come from proper support & accountability
This post isn’t to brag, it isn’t to show off
It’s to show we’re walking the walk, as a team
I can confidently say SS Sustain allows you to develop physically, mentally and emotionally
We do what we do just like it says on the tin
