As you may know we love a tidy gym.

We have a bucket to store the clips in. We don't like them left on the racks or floor.

They look untidy on the racks and can be trodden on or tripped over while you're carrying weights.

This could result in broken equipment and or bones and we do not wish of either.

Please please put the clip back when you have used them.

On Friday the 12th April we will be hosting a coffee morning to help raise money for The British Heart Foundation.

There will be some cakes, cookies, fruit, tea and coffee. We only ask for a small donation and you can sit and chat with us for 30 mins.

The equipment will be juggled about slightly to allow you to use it.
