A few weeks ago she couldn’t manage 1 pull up, the plan is to get to 10 using a band and 3-5 without. Once this is achieved we will reassess her goals

Back into it, I’ve missed this place, need to thank Rogers for helping me with my back this last couple of weeks, I haven’t been able to train as my back has been f* *d, I’ve seen Tim twice and I’m back doing what I love, also never been a big fan of resistance bands but I love them now, I can do 4 or 5 wide grip pull ups without the band, my aim is 10 so will keep you posted over the next few weeks on progress
