What a privilege to learn from first generation teacher Sonje Mayo at Everybody Pilates - Southsea last weekend. There are so many different interpretations of Joseph Pilates' work out there, to learn from someone who had been taught by him, with her incredible eye, focus and understanding was inspiring .
The trouble is, now I want a baby chair!
