Front Squat Monday 🏋️♂️

Front squats challenge your quads, core, and upper back all at once, making them one of the most effective strength builders in the gym.
Tomorrow’s goal?

Why do we use different grips in training? 🤔
Because each grip changes the demand on the body.
A small adjustment in hand position can completely change:
✔️ Muscle recruitment
✔️ Comfort & joint position
✔️ Strength output
✔️ Stability & control
That’s why you might see us use:
• Supinated grip
• Pronated grip
• Neutral grip
…sometimes on totally different exercises, and sometimes on the SAME movement.

Our 30 minute ACCELERATE class is designed to improve your fitness, work capacity & ability to sustain high intensity efforts for longer.
Using a mix of intervals, aerobic conditioning & functional movement patterns, these sessions are programmed to help you:
• Improve cardiovascular fitness
• Build muscular endurance
• Increase speed of recovery between efforts
• Boost overall conditioning for sport & everyday life
The beauty of ACCELERATE is the efficiency — just 30 minutes of focused work that delivers results. Expect structured intervals, high energy and coaching that pushes you to work at your level.
