Midweek Check-In — and we are keeping it real today.

Coach Tip Tuesday.

Life in June can be full — longer evenings, school events, BBQs, social plans. And that is wonderful. But it can also make the gym feel like the first thing to drop.

So here are 3 tips from our coaches for staying consistent even when life gets busy:

1. Shrink it, do not skip it — a shorter session is always better than no session. 20 minutes still counts.

2. Plan it on a Sunday — take five minutes at the start of each week to decide when you are training. Write it in your diary. Protect it.

3. Give yourself full permission to enjoy life — the BBQ, the evening out, the holiday weekend. Being fit is not about restriction. It is about showing up when it matters.
