Following the Prime Minister's announcement yesterday evening, we are excited to let you know we are putting plans in place to hopefully reopen all centres in England on Monday 12 April. We won’t know this for definite until the Government provides an update on Monday 5 April, but that is the date our teams are working towards.

We will continue to work closely with both the Government and our industry body ukactive and will provide further updates to our customers in the coming weeks. This will include details about when particular facilities will reopen such as those for outdoor sports, memberships restarting, freeze options and information regarding payments. Unless your enquiry is of an urgent nature, we ask that you please wait for our reopening update before contacting us regarding your membership.

In the meantime, please try to stay active. We have lots of ways to do this via our app including more than 100 Les Mills classes, plus lots of other workouts and challenges. If you are yet to try it out, why not download the app and discover it all free of charge.

We can’t wait to welcome you all back and will be in touch again in the next few weeks.

Following the most recent government announcement regarding Covid-19, our leisure centre will temporarily close from Sunday 20 December for the foreseeable future. All future bookings for the gym, swimming and classes have been cancelled with immediate effect.

ℹ️MEMBERSHIPS AND PAYMENTSℹ️
Our customers are our priority and as such we want to reassure you that you won’t be financially disadvantaged while our centres are closed - this is our lockdown promise.

Please be assured that we are working as quickly as possible to understand the implications of this closure and to put the appropriate steps in place.

Throughout this time our members will be able to continue to take advantage of Les Mills On Demand classes available for free through the Leisure Centre app.

Unfortunately, this closure will mean a lot of our site staff will be furloughed therefore we respectfully ask all customers to refrain from contacting or visiting your centre until closer to the time we reopen.

Further to the government announcement West Berkshire will move into tier 3 from Saturday 19th Dec. As a result all group exercise classes will be unavailable until further notice. Badminton can only be played with members of your household or support bubble.🏸 Everything else remains as they were prior to the announcement!
