Weightlifting has a tonne of physical benefits
So many so, people forget about the most important psychological one it provides
Mental fortitude
Nothing teaches you more about yourself than getting sat on your ass by a weight, over and over again
Only to get back up and have another crack
It's basically life, in a sporting environment
And we love it
Here's to not knowing when to give up π₯

Grateful I have friends that push me to be better π«Άπ½
Grateful I can move and do things most people cant/won't get the chance to do in their lifetimes ππΌ
