When a PE teacher says this 💛
When someone who has spent her life teaching PE shares feedback like this, it really means a lot.
Beryl has been coming to my Pilates class at since I started teaching there last year, and after just 6 weeks she noticed how much it had shifted her relationship with movement. Hearing that is exactly why I love what I do.
Movement doesn’t have to be punishing to be powerful. It can be a thoughtful practice that calms the mind, builds strength from the inside out, and leaves you feeling a little more connected to yourself.
And yes… as Beryl said, there are always a few giggles along the way!
