🎉 June marks 4 years of KTM personal training !

A huge thank you to everyone who has supported my business and trusted me with their fitness journey.

Over the past four years I've continued to develop my knowledge, coaching methods, and client experience, and I'm excited for what's ahead.

As a result, my pricing for new clients will be updated from 13th June .

If you've been thinking about getting started, now is a great time to get booked in before the new rates take effect.

It’s easy to get caught up in the number staring back at you every morning, but that number only tells you one thing: your weight.

What it doesn’t show you:

✅ Muscle gained while losing body fat
✅ confidence and self-belief
✅ Lower stress and better mental wellbeing

Your weight can fluctuate daily because of hydration, food intake, hormones, sleep, and many other factors. That’s completely normal.

Progress isn’t just about weighing less. It’s about becoming healthier, stronger, and feeling better in your own body.

So if the scales haven’t moved this week, don’t assume nothing has changed. Look at the bigger picture. Take progress photos, track your training in the gym, and celebrate the habits you’re building.

Don’t let a single number determine how successful your journey has been.💪
