Eloise already had a great understanding of training and was going to the gym regularly.
We altered her programme so it was targeted for her goals and around her ongoing back injury, really looked into nutrition and her physique is another levellllll 😍

5 TIPS FOR TACKLING 🎅
The most important thing over Christmas is to be realistic with yourself!
Your priority shouldn’t be fatloss all the time anyway and with all the festivities going on, maintaining over the Christmas period IS still progress.
Keep some sense of normality but don’t beat yourself up for indulging more than normal!
Set your plan in place for New Year, be kind to yourself and keep active ❤️
