If you want to shred fat start implementing this principle to your lifestyle and you will absolutely shred fat

1- diet, so so important specifically for your body and your hormones

2- sleep , if your not getting at least 6 hours a night (no waking up) your testosterone will drop 15% which is a big number

3- Training frequency - follow something that’s going to support your lifestyle not just something you see online

If you want to be in shape for summer it’s got to start now …

Do you want to be covering up in a towel, in a t shirt and not be confident again this year the same as last year ans the year before?

I’ve worked with so may dads and I know their pain, going in the swimming pool with their t shirts on, staying under the umbrella on holiday to stay covered

If you genuinely want to change your body then this will be wake up you need before your holiday… even if you aren’t going on holiday even being out at the beach it’s the same feeling, that low confidence feeling runs deep and this video is deep

Being in shape not only will show your kids what a healthy lifestyle is but also that you take and look after yourself

You will also have more respect from them without a doubt. I’ve trained so many dads and their kids copy their actions… even if it’s posing in the mirror hitting a bicep pose that’s a sign you keep up a lifestyle your kids will be healthy and live a healthy life

Respect from people at work, being in shape gets you more respect than you think not just from your kids but also your work environment and your environment as a whole

Fatherhood didn’t make you gain weight these did ⬇️1️⃣ your constantly eating the kids leftovers because you don’t like food waste but your consuming more calories and that’s why your not losing body fat 2️⃣ your lifting high reps in the gym … doing 10-15 reps on compound lift and even isolations constantly are not what change and force the body to change, low reps 6-10 even when cutting the last exercise you do is for the pump… your not going to change if your constrict training for a pump 3️⃣ Your using alcohol 🍺 as an escape or stress reliever when if you really changed and practiced habits lowering your cortisol naturally will be so much more beneficial in so many ways 📲DM ‘FATHER’ for more info

The REBRAND

as a dad to be and my mindset being absolutely locked and thinking of my baby already

The best results I’ve had have been with dads because I understand how life is for them… I’ve seen how hard my dad has worked from as young as I can remember

I see the challenges they face day to day, sleep deprived, stress from work, not eating right, looking down and not liking how big their belly is, not around the right crowd, how much body fat they’ve gained

I’ve worked with predominantly men over the years and a very high percent are dads and as I’m about to become one it makes sense!

Carl lost 3.4kg in the first 10 days

By changing how he eats and training with intent

Nothing fancy just getting in the gym hitting his sessions and enjoying it which is the most importantly thing of all 💪🏻

Carl is a ex solider so getting him dialled in is going to be very easy for him, his mindset is already there he’s done a lot harder things than lift weights and eat well in life but to optimise the body’s functions and to be running on all cylinders that is a part of what we have to do

6 months until I’m a dad …

I have trained since the age of 3 and I will always train and show my son or daughter why heath and fitness is so important

For yourself, for discipline and for self respect and respect to others

I know they mirror everything you do and copy you so if I can show them that they’ll have a dad in shape and a dad for a long life
