I have two spaces come available in my very popular mum and mini group PT session on a Wednesday at 9:30 - 10:30am.

You can do PAYG at £13 a session or a monthly payment of £30 which includes three Wednesdays in October (excluding half term week)

The session is at my home PT studio / in my garden (TA2 8FZ) We use weights and other equipment and have a laugh!
You will receive personalised help and support as it is a small group session (max 6 mums)

Please let me know if you’d like a space or a PAYG session this week.
Priority goes to people signing up for the month.
