Pure Stretch is a carefully structured class that helps restore joint mobility, flexibility, posture, and core strength — perfect if you:
• Sit for long periods at work
• Feel stiff from other forms of exercise
• Want to move without impact or pressure
Each session begins by mobilising joints that often lose range of movement, followed by progressive exercises that gently strengthen and lengthen the body.
