We had a beautiful closing class for two weeks last night, some of the students have been attending for many years, I am incredibly grateful to hold a class full of such diversity and acceptance.
We moved into a strong flow, to keep us going through the change in routine.
We are all trying to flow through life while not falling on our faces 😂 see you all on the 27th ❤️❤️❤️

Dates for diary's.: no yoga on the 13th and 20th of August for a summer break.

I do intend to run yoga tonight and I will ask for the air con to be left on.
How ever I completely understand if it's to hot and you are unable to come.❤️❤️
Maybe see a few of you later, classes have been busy or full but I am expecting a quieter class tonight. 💕

Yoga was full tonight with such lovely movement and energy in the room.
This is such a fully accepting class which is what brings me most joy.❤️
No class next week. But I resume on 9th of April, ❤️💕
