Please welcome Narin, she will be taking the 11:15am class on Tuesdays and 8am/9:15am classes on Thursdays!@

She’s busy as she will also be doing our Sunday morning classes from 4th October 💪

Here’s a-bit about Narin:

Hi, I’m Narin!

I’m a certified Mat&Reformer Pilates instructor.
Having lived and practiced in different countries, I’ve experienced so many moving styles, which completely shaped the way I teach today.

You can expect a calm, mindful, yet deep challenge in my class.
For me, Pilates is about connecting your mind and body to become strong as one. I love creating a peaceful space where you can move at your own pace, build true strength, and leave with a clearer mind.

Whether you’re stepping onto the reformer for the first time or deepening your practice, I can’t wait to celebrate what your body can achieve! ❤️

WE’RE ONE! 🤍🎂

One whole year of The Sculpt Rooms… and what a year it’s been.

More than anything, we’re so proud of the community that has grown around our little studio. Every class booked, every recommendation, every message, every tag, every laugh and every bit of support has helped make The Sculpt Rooms what it is today, and we genuinely couldn’t have done it without you.

To every single person who has walked through our doors over the last 12 months, thank you for choosing us, supporting us and being part of our first year. 🤍

And a huge thank you to our incredible instructors. Thank you for the energy, care and personality you bring to every class and for helping us create a space that feels welcoming, supportive and fun. We’re so lucky to have you.

And of course… we couldn’t let our first birthday pass without celebrating properly 🥂✨

❗️NEW DATE 🤍 WE’RE TURNING ONE!

A little update to our 1st Birthday celebrations — our party will now be taking place on Bank Holiday Monday instead of Sunday.

We’re so sorry to anyone who had already RSVP’d for the original date and really appreciate your understanding. We’ve heard back from most of you already and are so happy that so many of you can still make it! 🥂

The good news is, the change of date might mean some of you who couldn’t make Sunday are now able to join us 👀

Expect food, drinks, good vibes and some seriously amazing giveaways as we celebrate our first year of The Sculpt Rooms together. 🤍
