The U7s players have said a big thank you to Heworth U14s player Harry, who has been helping out at their training sessions all season!

Saturday we play our final National Conference League NCL game of the season away to West Bowling ARLFC.

Our scrum half Noah Handley suffered a bad injury in yesterday's defeat at home to Waterhead Warriors ARLFC.
Thankfully he has been notified that he doesn't need an MRI scan and he is fine.
