Today is Stand Up to Cancer Day.

Today, we stand together in hope, honor those we’ve lost and support the warriors still fighting.

At the Y, we’re proud to support adults affected by cancer through LIVESTRONG at the YMCA. This 12-week program provides a safe, supportive space to rebuild strength, connect with others and focus on the whole person - not the disease.

Through exercise, wellness education, stress reduction and community, LIVESTRONG at the YMCA helps participants build healthy habits and find encouragement along the way.

LABOR DAY SCHEDULE - Plan ahead for Labor Day. All YMCA of Greater Indianapolis locations will close at 1 p.m. on Monday, September 7.

A modified schedule will be available in the YMCA 360 app. Members can also:
• Visit JCC Indianapolis from 9 a.m.–5 p.m.
• Access virtual classes anytime at YMCA360.org or in the YMCA 360 app
• Use 24/7 access at select Y locations

Our community is coming together to support neighbors impacted by recent flooding. Through September 4, we’re collecting new, unopened household cleaning supplies like laundry detergent, dish soap, disinfecting wipes, trash bags, paper towels and more. Bring your donations to the collection area at the front of your YMCA. Every donation, big or small, can help a family take the next step toward recovery.
