Hey Mako Monsters!

We’ve got an exciting weekend ahead at Mako! Here’s what you need to know about this weekend’s schedule.
Saturday, October 17th – MAKO BARBELL CLASSIC

There will be NO regular classes on Saturday as we host the Mako Barbell Classic!

Come out, support your fellow athletes, and watch some HEAVY weights get thrown around! It’s going to be a great day of big lifts and even bigger energy!

Sunday, October 18th – SUNDAY FUNDAY!
We’re keeping the fitness rolling on Sunday with a special class lineup!
* 10:00 AM – Class with Coach Zane
* 11:00 AM – Class with Coach Zane
* 12:00 PM – Mobility Class with Coach Melony

Get your Sunday sweat session in, work on that mobility, and then head out to enjoy a well-earned Sunday brunch!

Mako Monsters,

Please be advised that the gym will remain closed tomorrow, Monday, October 12th.

We did not sustain any serious damage in the storm, but power has not yet been restored at the gym. We will open once service is fully restored.

We will provide updates as more information becomes available.

We wanted to share an important update regarding our schedule due to the incoming weather.

Friday, Saturday & Sunday 9th-11th: Mako Athletics will be CLOSED as a precaution to keep our members, coaches, and community safe.

Mako Barbell Classic: The competition has officially been rescheduled to Saturday, October 17th!

Please be on the lookout for any additional updates as we continue to monitor the weather.

The safety of our Mako family is always our top priority. We appreciate everyone’s understanding and flexibility.

Some moments are bigger than fitness, competition, or anything we do inside the gym.

Thank you to every Mako athlete who showed up to support the family of Connor Overstreet. His loss is felt by so many. Seeing our members come together during this heartbreaking time is a reminder that Mako is a family as well as a gym community.

There are no words to ease the pain that his family, friends, and loved ones are carrying right now. We continue to hope and pray for strength and justice to be served.
