Massive props to Parker on hitting his 5-year anniversary with us! Whether he’s grinding through “Fairway to Failure” or showing up consistently week after week, Parker has been a steady, positive force in the Mako community since day one.

This 4-week camp is all about helping kids build confidence, stay active, and have FUN while learning foundational fitness movements they’ll use every day.
Each class includes:
✅ Warm-up + icebreaker game
✅ Learning CrossFit Kids foundational movements
✅ Games to apply what they’ve learned
✅ Cool down session
🎒 What to Bring:
• Water 💧
• Closed-toe sneakers 👟
• Athletic clothes
• Optional: sweat towel, hat/headband
💰 Pricing:
• First child: $225
• Additional children: $205

At Mako, we’re lucky to get the best kind of people walking through our doors.
This past week, we had Hannah, Clay, Robby, and Bailee head off for their next life adventures!
We’re so proud of them, but we’re definitely gonna miss their energy in the gym.
Thank you for being such a big part of this community. You all crushed it here and left the place better than you found it.
Not goodbye, just “see ya later” 🫡
The doors are always open whenever you’re back in town. Go chase those new goals. We’ll be here cheering for you all. 💪

💪 Today our Mako family crushed Murph together in honor of Memorial Day.
Huge respect to every single athlete who showed up and finished strong. This is what community is all about, pushing our limits side by side while remembering those who made it possible.
We’re proud to be part of something bigger than ourselves.

CRUSHED HALF IRONMAN WITH A 1HR PR!!
Katherine has been one of the most consistent faces in our gym, quietly putting in the work week after week. This past weekend she crossed the Half Ironman finish line with a massive PR!!
