Shout out to the Torq and Beans crew that went to Montana for a Spartan race last year!
You may first come into the gym to get a little stronger or change your body in someway.
What people don’t expect to happen is a newfound confidence and new sense of adventure as their body becomes more capable.
You start to have more confidence to do things that may have scared you before.
You may say yes to something that you may have not said yes to in the past.
And then you may find yourself in Montana with a group of friends running through the mud and jumping over fire.

Within your health and fitness journey, it is important to mark your success with goals accomplished. In the gym, we want to pursue skills and abilities.
May that be a pushup, hanging on a bar for 30 seconds, find something that excites you and go for it!!
