I met Jeet 1 year ago.
In that year that we've worked together, I have seen one of the most determined men I've ever met transform his body and mind.
The level of commitment Jeet has shown to developing his physique and physical abilities is second to none and this is only his first year of real training.
He has set himself big goals for 2026 and beyond and I am proud to stand beside him as he shoots for the stars.
He is a true beast and that's why we call him “Tiger”.

When I first starting with Liam, his first goal was to finally get his bodyweight to over 80kg and achieve a 100kg bench press.
After 6 months, we ticked this off and then the question came.. what next?
Liam said, I want to get shredded. Like really shredded.
We took his body fat measurements (17.9%) and set the target of 10% body fat. Liam wasn't fussed by how long it would take, he just wanted consistent progress until the goal was reached. In another 6 months Liam was at 10% and just for fun he decided to push for another 2 months to get to 8%.
The results were incredible. Arm muscles galore, insane abdominal definition, chest looking chiseled.
All this with very little cardio and a big focus on strength training and monitoring diet. Liam was even able to have his favourite snack every night before bed all the way through to 8% body fat.
Liam's journey proves that you can achieve life changing results if you are commited to the goal and trust the process.

Kerrie wanted to lose weight and tone up (her arms in particular) and was ready to work hard and do what was needed to achieve her target.

Ana's goal was to lose 5-7kg of bodyweight and reveal a slimmer, more toned physique.
