Good grading today at Neville's Cross Primary really impressed with the overall quality from our successful candidates.

Back to normality at Framwellgate class after Sundays grading. Really enjoyable lesson and lots to take on board for students.

We have spaces available in our Framwellgate classes so if you want to join then you got nothing to loose get in touch.

We have spaces available in our classes . We are situated around the Durham City area. Our classes are only £4 per lesson, no membership fees or direct debit.

Our classes are suitable for Adults, children and families alike. Our students range from 5 right up to 76 ( so no nonsense about being too old or some other excuse)

Our lessons are more geared towards pragmatic self defence than sport if you're more about trophies and medals we're not the club for you.

And that's it for another week, grading prep is going forward at pace and things are really shaping up nicely across the board in all classes.

But I really want to take this opportunity to thank Sensei Adrian Beswick. Destiny Curry , Martin Walsh Meave Walsh and Ethan Baker for their hard work, dedication and in some cases patience throughout this grading prep.

Always impressive to see those passing on their knowledge and experience to others and helping them students grow.
