I turned 27 yesterday š¤
Looking over the last year a lot has changed (other than my hair) and some lessons have been learned
Iāve been shown once again that life can change quickly. Plans shift, people change, things happen that you never saw coming. And adapting to change is the only way to keep moving. Change is the only constant in life so it might as well be embraced
It taught me that grief and appreciation go hand in hand. You can be heartbroken and still thankful. You can be struggling and still have good things around you. Both can co exist.
Its showed me that being strong doesnāt always look like pushing harder. Sometimes it looks like resting, taking space, asking for help, or admitting youāre not okay.
Iāve always know that business was more than just about numbers. Showing up when confidence was low, backing myself when things felt quiet, and continuing to build even when nobody sees the work behind it is where Iāve grown most.
I care deeply about helping girls feel better in themselves. Stronger, more confident, less stuck, less apologetic for taking up space. That part of me only got louder this year and Iāve become a whole different person over the last year - I owe therapy some credit for that too tbf
Your inner circle matters. Good people matter. Conversations, support, laughs, shared energy, all of it matters more than I used to realise.
It taught me that I donāt need to have everything figured out to be doing okay. I just need to keep being honest with myself and keep taking the next step. ( you will preach this one š)
It taught me that Iām still becoming her. The girl that younger me dreamed of being and I get one step closer every day.

At some point you need to stop starting over
Not next Monday
Not next month
Not when life calms down
Because letās be honest it never really does
You donāt need a better plan
You donāt need more motivation
You need to stop disappearing every time your circumstances arenāt perfect
Breaks the cycle
On it, life happens, off it, feel bad, start again.
Itās keeping you stuck
Want to actually change things?
Keep going when youāre tired
When youāre busy
When you canāt be bothered
Not perfectly. Not at 100% 24/7. Just consistently.
If youāre done with the constant stop/start maybe itās time you got yourself some accountability to be more x

Iāve been a bit quieter lately
Not because I donāt care but because Iāve not felt 100% myself
And I know Iām not the only one that goes through phases like that
Where everything just feels a bit harder
Doing your best but it doesnāt feel like enough
Your routine slips and your head gets noisy again
Thatās usually when people disappear and that used to be what I did
Iād wait until I felt better
More motivated
More like me again
But what Iāve learned and what I remind my clients of all the time is you donāt need to feel your best to keep going
You just need something that supports you when youāre not
Thatās the difference between starting again and actually moving forward
If youāve been a bit off it lately, I get it
You donāt need to have it all together to take the next step
Just put one foot infront of the other and ask for help before you actually need it
