Boro Rangers Girls Whites 0–5 Boro Rangers Girls Reds

Today saw a fantastic Boro Rangers clash as our Reds faced the Whites — two teams who have known each other for years and know exactly what each other is capable of. ❤️🤍

The Reds started the game a little scrappy, with the girls clearly showing some nerves. It was a tight and competitive first half, but the girls worked hard to keep the Whites out and went into the break 0–0.

After a really positive team talk from the coaches, the Reds came out for the second half looking like a completely different team! 🙌 They found their rhythm, played some fantastic football and started creating chances, with some brilliant goals following as the girls took control of the game.

The biggest positive today was the team performance. Every single player gave their all, supported each other and showed great determination from start to finish. The coaches are incredibly proud of every one of the players today.

A fantastic second-half performance, a clean sheet and five goals — what a way to finish the game! 🔴👏

Boro Rangers Red Girls U11 vs Middlesbrough Girls Riverside U12

Not quite our usual standard in the first half today, and we found ourselves with a bit of catching up to do.

But what a response from the girls in the second half! 💪 They showed real determination, battled right to the end and pulled the game back with a much-improved performance.

The result didn’t go our way today, but the second-half effort and never-give-up attitude is something to be proud of. ❤️⚽️

Keep going girls — onto the next one! 👏

⚽️ MATCH DAY | FC Hartlepool Girls U12 vs Boro Rangers Girls Reds U11 🔴⚫️

5-1

The girls started strong, putting Hartlepool under pressure and creating plenty of opportunities. The first half saw the Reds have lots of chances but unfortunately all but 1, we couldn’t quite find the finish to turn those chances into goals.

After the break, Hartlepool grew into the game and made things much more competitive, really testing the Reds.
