Just a 15 minute drive out of Swaffham towards castle acre. A one hour journey from Norwich. Our day begins at 10am with a welcome drink and a traditional yoga class awaits suitable for All. Three styles of yoga to complement your day, a beautiful lunch hosted in the garden cafe, a gift for you too as we learn the benefits of Balinese massage.....
And time to explore the wild swimming lake or outdoor pool or take a row boot and a good book/Journal to truly unwind.... There is always so much to learn and explore in the scenic grounds here.....

Your investment for this truly relaxing, pampering day is £95 including your;
yoga classes🧘‍♀️, arrival drink and nourishing lunch provided by The West Lexham catering team, outdoor activities and not forgetting your special gift 🎀
☕ is complimentary in the Orangery throughout the day until closing at 5pm

Essence of Bali Yoga Day ✨️

Sunday the 12th July

Inspired by my travels, you are warmly invited to join me, a yoga practitioner of 26 years at the beautiful West Lexham wellness centre for my 5th retreat day, for movement to promote a lifestyle of peace & mindfulness. Movement through the body and mind as we channel the Suns energy to heal our whole being. Let me guide you on this day of true discovery through our yoga practise and natural surroundings. A healthy smoothie or juice and fruity nibbles await your arrival and your nourishing lunch will be provided by The West Lexham kitchen garden in their cafe. Refreshments will be available all day complimentary from the Orangery. A delishish cupcake by Beth's Bakes as a gift of appreciation.
West Lexham also offers serene surroundings with its beautiful lake and self heating swimming pool, paddle boards, a row boat or two and gentle walks amongst the trees and wind chimes to totally emerse yourself in.
An additional gift from me will await you on your mat as a memory of you day spent totally invested in you.
This all inclusive day retreat is just £95 with a £45 deposit to secure your booking.
