If collagen content makes you feel behind or like you’re missing a secret, that’s a marketing strategy, not a personal failing. Some meta-analyses find improvements, but when you zoom in on funding source and study quality, the picture gets much less shiny. Use that as a filter, not a reason to panic.

When we talk about nutrition, people often assume that what we mean is either weight loss or something to do with protein...

Last Sunday, I presented to our members a nearly 2 hour long webinar titled "Borrowed Energy Vs Built Capacity", a comprehensive overview on how our office-based work, and lifestyle that comes with it can disrupt our mental clarity, emotional stability and energy levels.

Farmer Walks sound a lot scarier than they really are. We rotate them in and out of our programs, and they quickly became one of the favourites in our gym! Sure, your grip will get stronger from doing these, but it would also get stronger from pull-ups and deadlifts! This is an amazing core and upper back workout - and it feels pretty badass when you do it!
First week of the new program behind us! A lot of barbell work, some interesting single leg variations, and a touch of strongman-style exercises to get our work capacity up. We've had one new member start with us, and from tomorrow we are getting three more!
