Your safety matters – even when the gym is unstaffed. If you need urgent medical help or want to report an emergency, here’s what to do:

• Press the red Emergency Call Point button – we’ve installed several on both floors and in all changing rooms.
• A trained team will respond immediately and stay on the line until help arrives.
• You’ll be connected to medical assistance or emergency services as needed.

Never hesitate—your call is important and could save a life. Please familiarise yourself with the locations of these call points and don’t hesitate to use one if you need assistance.
