You don't have much control over your age, genetics, etc. But you have a massive control on your activity level that might have a massive impact on lowering your blood cholesterol.

Carbohydrates, aka carbs, are very important when it comes to energy, recovery, and functioning of our nervous system. They are needed for good performance for anyone who participates in any kind of sport.

What is the first thing that most people do to lose weight?
They cut the carbs and very often completely. Is it really necessary? No, it is not. And it is definitely not in a long term. There are other very effective and enjoyable ways when it comes to weight and fat loss. The ways not associated with lack of energy, frustration and starvation.
Think twice before you decide to cut all the carbs from your diet when you want to lose weight. You might be doing yourself a big disservice.

Yes, there are 2 types of squats.
Knee dominant and hip dominant squat. Knee dominant is more balanced and focuses on quadriceps and hips equally. It is much better for developing our quads.
Hip dominant, on the other hand, focuses more on using the hips when performing the exercise.
The type of squat that suits better to each of us hugely depends on our anatomy and how we are built

The shoulder joint is the most unstable joint in the body. That is why it is so easy to dislocate it.
The 4 muscles, also known as rotator cuff muscles, are small and located deeply around the shoulder joint. They provide stability during the movement.
If during the movement and especially under the load, we go out of our available range of motion or simply use to heavy weight, we might end up with pain or tightness around the shoulder area. Most likely, there are rotator cuffs being pushed too much. As said before, shoulder is a very unstable joint, our body wants to prevent the injury by blocking or sending the tightness sensation around the affected area.

I wanted to start this New Year with some positivity. That is one of my previous client an amazing change. That is what determination, hard work and consistency can do to you.
20kg lost.

"I trained with Marcin for more than a Year and He has done exceptionally well knowing my demands and requirements. He is a Trainer who makes you feel very comfortable and provides customized Training plans according to our needs. He is very knowledgeable and shares a lot of Tips and Details with regards to Fitness and Nutrition. He assesses Our Whole Body and fine tunes Training plans accordingly. He is great in Exercise Correction and makes sure that we learn the right technique.

He is highly supportive and motivating when it comes to Personal Coaching and ensures that we are able to achieve the desired outcome. He makes it a point to drive us towards our Goals and his bespoke training plans are so effective to follow. He makes the whole Training process very engaging and lots of learnings. He will make sure that we are never lost and keeps us on the right track.

I lost a whopping 20 Kgs while training with him and was able to complete a Half Marathon run from a stage where I barely move around 3000 steps a day. Its been a massive experience for me working with him and I would highly rate him and recommend him for anyone who needs the right Training platform.
