I wanted to start this New Year with some positivity. That is one of my previous client an amazing change. That is what determination, hard work and consistency can do to you.
20kg lost.
"I trained with Marcin for more than a Year and He has done exceptionally well knowing my demands and requirements. He is a Trainer who makes you feel very comfortable and provides customized Training plans according to our needs. He is very knowledgeable and shares a lot of Tips and Details with regards to Fitness and Nutrition. He assesses Our Whole Body and fine tunes Training plans accordingly. He is great in Exercise Correction and makes sure that we learn the right technique.
He is highly supportive and motivating when it comes to Personal Coaching and ensures that we are able to achieve the desired outcome. He makes it a point to drive us towards our Goals and his bespoke training plans are so effective to follow. He makes the whole Training process very engaging and lots of learnings. He will make sure that we are never lost and keeps us on the right track.
I lost a whopping 20 Kgs while training with him and was able to complete a Half Marathon run from a stage where I barely move around 3000 steps a day. Its been a massive experience for me working with him and I would highly rate him and recommend him for anyone who needs the right Training platform.

Last few months I have been focusing on training with kettlebells. I believe it is a great tool that massively helps you with the strength, power and conditioning. So I have been training with kettlebells 4-5 times per week for last 6 months.
I just hope I am not overdoing it and not getting crazy about them 🤨 @ Southampton

June 2006 or easier to say 18-20 kg ago - Night Marathon in Gdynia, Poland.
Night before the marathon .... well known pasta party 🥳

Hi guys. That is workout to do outside and it should take up to 30 minutes.
After each exercise perform 100 meters sprint and jog/walk back to the starting position and move to the next exercise. That is entry level :) and I got prepared already another to levels of this type of workout that I will be posting within next few days @ Southampton

The whole workout with 10 minutes warm up and 5-10 minutes of stretching and cool down will take 45 minutes.

COVID -19 UPDATE
Hi Everyone !!!
So we got to the point where we had to close our gym.
But it doesn't mean you have to stop exercising.
The beauty of fitness and sport is that you can train, you can be active everywhere. It doesn't need to be the Gym.
The only difference is that at home we are limited with equipment and need to be more creative.
My services will carry on !!!!
Yes I will be still doing Personal Training with some of my clients, online training via ZOOM app with others.
Additionally I will be creating the group where you will be able to find Home Exercises:
- Body Weight
- Dumbbells
- TRX
- Resistance Bands
- ...... yes and obviously with Kettlebells !!!!!!!
