You don't need loads of experience, just some motivation, a big smile, and being aged 7+

1️⃣ Saturday 15th - learn the dance and practice it
2️⃣ Saturday 29th - dance it live at Pride in the community tent

I don't know if you've heard this in a while but here's the permission you need to do the thing for you...

We all wait for it.... or (even worse) feel we haven't earned it...

So here's the permission 😊

❤️ Take the hour to read the book (it gets good in chapter 5)
❤️ Get rid of the top you keep saying you'll wear (no one is going to think less of you)
❤️ Try the hair cut (it grows back)

* Play loads of games (we all feel more relaxed when we play)
* Build new skills and learn new moves step by step (no one is throwing you in the deep end here)
* Learn some routines with no pressure to perform (we get it, it's not for everyone)
