Theo and Glen are taking on a HYROX in December to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support. 💚

If you’ve ever been affected by cancer, you’ll know just how important Macmillan’s support and services are to so many people and their families.

Rather than birthday presents this year, Theo has asked for donations to this fantastic charity instead. It would mean so much to him to be able to raise as much as possible for such an important cause.

If you’re able to donate, even a small amount would make a difference.

If you’re someone who is living with pain, please don’t feel that you’re alone. 🤍

I’ve been practising Pilates for 25 years and teaching for almost 12, and I know first-hand what it’s like to live with pain. I’ve had countless back procedures over the years, including injections and surgery.

That’s a big part of why I’m so passionate about helping people move with confidence again.

When you practise Pilates consistently, with a highly qualified and experienced teacher who understands your body and your individual needs, it really can make the world of difference.

This lovely message from one of my clients really sums up why I do what I do. After just three sessions, she’s already noticed such a difference and kindly described the support, knowledge and expertise she has received as invaluable.

There is no quick fix, but small, consistent steps can have a huge impact.

We’re starting a new term in September, so if you’ve been putting yourself last, perhaps this is the perfect time to start finding a little time for you.

Investing in your future self is something you’ll never regret.

July has been incredible – a month full of celebrations with some of my favourite people. So much fun, but I definitely needed a 10-hour sleep yesterday to recover! 🤍

1. Drinks with my husband.
2. Celebrating the wonderful Beaky Blinders’s wedding – a three-day extravaganza filled with love, laughter and unforgettable memories.
3. Walks with Buddy and Peanut.
4. Celebrating Chelsea’s 40th birthday.
5. The most divine Head Spa at Binkys.
6. Lunch and a beach day with my bestie.
7. Celebrating Ness on her well-deserved promotion.
8. Walks with Buddy and Theo.
9. More birthday celebrations for Chelsea, hosted by her parents, who completely spoiled us with the most incredible food.
10. Sensory sauna with my gorgeous clients and Solace.
11. Pilates on the beach before the sauna – what a beautiful morning we had.
12. The most delicious seabass at Mortimer Arms . Thoroughly recommend!
13. Celebrating my little sister Julia Kirk’s birthday with amazing food at Edo Asia.
14. One of my favourite walks – Beaulieu to Buckler’s Hard – with two of my favourite people.
15. Drinks with my husband at West Bay.
16. A lovely Greek lunch with my Baphou, introducing Theo to his first taste of ouzo at Greek Cookery.
17. A fun girls’ afternoon hosted by Justine.
18. More birthday celebrations for the hubbie.
19. A couple of nights away in the cutest little cottage in Milford on Sea.
20. Ending the month in style with Burna Boy in Milton Keynes.

Feeling very grateful for this wonderful, busy, joy-filled month. Here’s to whatever August has in store!
