👊 7pm MMA

As most of you now know, after almost 8 years we are sad to be saying goodbye to our head jiu jitsu coach 😢 He’s known most of us since we first walked in at white belt and not only have we grown in the sport together but also as people…as friends ❤️

Come and say goodbye at this BBQ in his honour. Members, non-members, teammates, family & friends all welcome to wish him a Bon Voyage to South Africa! 🇿🇦

What a fantastic kickboxing grading we had yesterday 🤩 From first-timers to Brown Stripers everyone gave it 100% and left it all on the mats!

Congratulations to all, but especially Ryan whom completed the technical challenges followed by an 18 round sparring shark tank 🦈 to achieve his Brown Stripe belt. After a decade of training; next stop Black Belt 🖤
