Well done to Miro, Alex and Kas on their new stripe promotions 🥳 It might just look like a little bit of tape, but it represents so much more. Hours on the mats, dedication, perseverance and progress🥋
A special mention to Coach Jake, who led his first mini grading since joining NGMA. His hard work, passion and commitment to the team have been nothing short of incredible.
We want to have an open relationship between coached and students - speak to Jake if you want to know how to get to the next level!
Proud of everyone, both on and off the mats 🖤

Three new punch bags; made possible by you! 🖤
Thank you to everyone who supported our recent fight night. Whether you competed, bought a ticket, helped behind the scenes or came along to cheer people on, you helped us reinvest the money back into the gym and purchase these three new bags for everyone to enjoy 🥊
At a time when running a small business is tough, we appreciate our community more than ever. Your support makes a real difference.
NGMA started 13 years ago with a simple idea: to give everyday people a place where they felt they belonged in a martial arts gym. Since then, we’ve been lucky enough to support so many journeys, both inside the gym and beyond it 🚀
That will always be at the heart of what we do. We’ll keep investing in our facilities, supporting members and coaches with competition entry fees, travel and coaching hours, and putting on events where people can take part, challenge themselves and enjoy being together.
Watching someone walk through the door for the first time, find their confidence and grow is why we started. It’s still why we’re here!
Thank you for helping us keep that going 💯
