Our first (in a long time) event is coming up on October 18th!

Join us in-studio for a fall clothing swap from 12-3pm! We will have one section dedicated to athletic gear (clothes, shoes, water bottles, etc) and another for fall clothing and shoes. Bring your clothing that would otherwise sit in the back of your car for 3+ months đŸ€Ș and you can either bring any unclaimed items home, or we will donate it all at the end.

We just ask that what you bring in is clean and in gently used condition. Bring your own reusable bag and take home as many items as you!

Open to the public, so share this with your friends and family! If you have any questions, send us a DM and we can hopefully answer them for you.

We carefully combine dynamic and static movements to ensure you are getting a full head to toe reset. While it is not a yoga class, we hope you find it relaxing and sets you up for success for the week ahead. Did you know that we offer classes 7 days a week now?

Whether you’re whipping it into the parking lot at 5:43am or sprinting from work in the evenings, we have options for you! Our instructors Jade, Alec, and Laura offer a wide variety of classes that will challenge you no matter where you are in your workout journey. And the best part? You don’t have to sign up for a spot. You just need to show up!

If you are new to our studio, your first week is free 🎉 Feel free to test out a few classes or go crazy and try as many as you can! We also offer drop-in classes, special packages for unlimited classes and personal training sessions, as well as small-group training.

Does this sound familiar? If you're the person who is always bouncing their leg, kicking their feet, clicking their pens, etc, etc, good news! All that fidgeting actually increases your NEAT (non-exercise activity thermogenesis). In plain English, NEAT refers to pretty much everything you do in your day that isn't technically exercise.

NEAT activities can improve your health by burning calories, and keeping you sitting less and moving more. So, next time someone tells you to "just sit still!!", remind them: fidgeting is neat!

Working out with a partner can boost your motivation and help keep you accountable, which is why Onward offers both group fitness classes and 1-on-1 personal training. We even have 2-on-1 personal training options for you and your workout buddy (because misery...wait, MOVEMENT...loves company 😜đŸ’Ș)
